MARK D. SCHOOLER, CLU is the founder of Schooler Insurance Services (SIS) and represents all major insurance companies working primarily in the following areas:

• Providing Life Insurance coverage for high net worth individuals structured to be estate tax free for estate liquidity purposes.

• Facilitate Life Insurance coverage for individuals with private and public Foundations with the Foundation being the beneficiary thus creating a Legacy.

• Working with Start-up companies as a resource, not only in the insurance area, but also as a facilitator in introducing the Principals to others who might be of help.

• Provide Group, Life, Health and Disability through 2 affiliations, one for small companies (2 employees or more up to 100 employees), and another for very large companies (100 employees to 10,000 employees).

• Partner with a group that does on-shore and off-shore private placement for high net worth clients.
